Keep children and animals away from the pack-
aging material.
1. Unpack all parts and make sure that the product contents are complete (see chapter
“Product contents and device overview”) and check for any damages from transport.
If you identify damages to the components, do not use them (!), instead contact our
customer service centre.
2. Remove any existing protective foils and stickers from the device.
3. Clean the accessories before
fi
rst use as there may be some production residue
stuck to them. Follow the instructions in the chapter “Cleaning” to do so.
4. Familiarise yourself with the accessories. Please read the following chapter to this
end.
Using the accessories properly
Cross-blade adapter
ATTENTION!
■
Risk of injury associated with sharp blades!
Never hold the cross-blade adapter
by the blades. Hold it on the top end when inserting and removing it.
■
Do not drop the cross-blade adapter and do not leave it in water or other liquids for
more than 2 hours to prevent damage.
The cross-blade adapter chops, stirs and blends the ingredients in the mixing bowl. It is
also suitable for preparing dough.
The device cannot be operated without the cross-blade adapter.
Insertion
Before inserting the cross-blade adapter, make
sure that the sealing ring (5) is
fi
tted on the adapt-
er shaft.
Otherwise, there is a risk of the liquid running
out of the mixing bowl into the motor assembly and
damaging the device.
