Cheese and ham pasta
Quantity: 2 servings
Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
Ingredients
100 ml water
200 ml cream
100 g cream cheese
1 clove of garlic (pressed through the garlic press)
200 g soup mussel pasta
100 g of cooked ham (cut into
fi ne strips)
Spices: Salt, pepper, paprika powder (to taste)
Preparation
1. Add water, cream and cream cheese to the mixing bowl and season with salt, pepper
and paprika powder.
2. Bring the sauce to a boil for about 5 minutes at level 3 and 100 °C.
3. Add the pasta, ham and garlic. Cook at speed level 1 and 80 °C for about 8 – 9 min-
utes until the pasta is done (see instructions on package).
Königsberger meatballs
Servings: approx. 4
Preparation time: approx. 40 minutes
Ingredients
40 g breadcrumbs
100 g onions
1 egg
½ TSP of salt
¼ TSP of pepper
400 g mixed ground meat
700 g potatoes cut into pieces
800 ml water
1 cube of meat broth
Caper sauce:
500 g broth (from the meatballs)
200 ml cream
5 ml lemon juice
50 g
fl our
1 TSP salt
¼ TSP pepper
60 g drained capers
Tip:
When boiling milk,
there is always a risk of
it boiling over. Therefore,
boil it without the measuring
cup in the lid opening and
if necessary, reduce the
temperature in time.
