Preparation
1. Peel the onion, cut it into quarters and add it to the mixing bowl.
2. Peel the garlic and add it to the mixing bowl.
3. Chop for 5 – 10 seconds at speed level 5.
4. Add the other ingredients to the mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix
them at speed level 4.

1000 g potatoes (waxy), peeled and cut into pieces

30 g butter
150 ml milk

Preparation
1. Put all ingredients in the mixing bowl and cook them at 90 – 100 °C at level 1 for
approx. 20 – 25 minutes.
2. Finish by switching off the temperature supply, inserting the measuring cup and
puréeing brie

1 L water
250 g long grain rice
Preparation
1. Add water to the mixing bowl.
2. Rinse the rice thoroughly and put it in the basket insert while still wet.
3. Put the basket insert in the mixing bowl.
4. Insert the measuring cup in the lid.
5. Set the timer to 30 minutes and cook the rice at level 1 and 110 °C.
Tip:
When boiling milk,
there is always a risk of
it boiling over. Therefore,
boil it without the measuring
cup in the lid opening and
if necessary, reduce the
temperature in time.
Important
note:
In order for the rice to
swell so that it is light and

uffy, it
must
be thoroughly
rinsed with water before being
cooked! This step is particu-
