9. Adjust the tensioners on both sides to the
lowest setting.
10. Unlock the lock of the feeder belt change
beam.
11. Slide out the feeder belt change beam to
its maximum position.
12. Attach a hoist crane with a lifting strap to
the beam.
13. Remove the attachment bolts, nuts and
washers (9).
14. Loosen the attachment bolts on the other
side, but do not remove them.
15. Use the hoist crane to lift the upper frame
away from the supports (until the gap is
approximately 10 cm).
16. Ask for assistance of a second colleague
and slide the belt from the rollers onto the
belt change beam.
17. Make sure the belt will not get trapped
between the upper frame and the
supports, and lower the hoist crane so
the upper side rests on the supports
again.
18. Remove the lifting strap from the feeder
belt change beam, and remove the belt.
