Replacing feeder conveyor belt
Removing feeder conveyor belt
1. Switch off the main switch and perform
Lock Out Tag Out, see
12.
Note: Ask for assistance of colleague(s) when
removing the feeder conveyor belt.
2. Remove the cover (3) and remove the
bolt behind it.
3. Remove the bolt (1).
4. Remove the motor (2) from the drive
roller.
5. Remove the attachment bolts (4) of the
scraper.
6. Remove the scraper (5)
Hint: To be able to remove the belt, the
attachment bracket of the scraper has to be
removed (on the side where the engine is
removed).
7. Remove the attachment bolts (6) of the
bracket of the scraper.
8. Remove the bracket (7).
