Greasing the large bearings (lower nipple position)
Grease the nipple once a week or every 100 hours as much as is required. (A dusty environment requires
more frequent greasing)
Do not grease too much however, as the seals may be pushed out of their seats. If possible, grease when
running.
Greasing the smaller bearings (higher nipple position)
Grease the nipples once every two weeks or every 200 hours about 0.5-1.0 cm

(about half a stroke of the
grease gun). Grease these bearings while the machine is running.
Follow the greasing instructions. Only use SKF LGMT2 grease.
Otherwise warranty will become void!
