Processing example
The processing times are approximate and also depend on the quality of the food to be processed and
degree of fineness you require.
Using the whipping tool
CAUTION: Make sure that the unit is unplugged from power source and operation knob is in "OFF"
position before inserting or removing any attachments and before cleaning.
IMPORTANT:
The food processor unit will not operate if the swivel head is not locked securely.
1. Place the glass bowl(7) onto the glass bowl housing on the unit. Insert the spindle(8) onto the
shaft of the glass bowl. Insert the whisking attachment(16) over the shaft of the spindle. (8)
2. Place ingredients to be processed in the glass bowl.(7)
3. Check the seal (11) is fitted to the lid correctly (fit the grooved side of the seal into the lid) then fit
the lid. Insert food pusher (14) into feed chute (13).
4. Ensuring the speed control is in the OFF position, turn the swivel head clockwise and press down
until it clicks shut to lock securely.
The processor will not operate if the head is not located
correctly.
5. Switch on and select a speed.
6. When finished processing the ingredients, PLEASE turn the speed control knob to the OFF
position. Then press the opening button (3) to unlock the swivel head. You can not unlock the
swivel head unless you turn the knob to the OFF position.
7. Reverse the above procedure to remove the lid, attachment and bowl. To release the lid, hold
one of the bowl handles whilst lifting the lid by the feed Tube (13)
8. For your safety, keep the pusher(14) in its place while operating the appliance.
WARNING: Never use the whisking attachment (16) for dough kneading.
