Method of Preparation:
Blend all boiled ingredients together. Mash them lightly. Add all remaining ingredients, mix well in the shape of
medium sized cutlets. Arrange cutlets in a lightly greased crusty plate. Place the crusty plate on the mesh rack in
the microwave oven. Select category, enter weight and press start. Turn once in-between.

sized tikkis. Arrange tikki in a lightly greased crusty plate and place the crusty plate on the mesh rack in the micro-
wave oven. Select category, enter weight and press start. Turn once in-between.
