Cooking Procedures

1. Set the cooking oil temperature to a desired

setpoint; see

Section 5-01.3, Manually Setting

the Cooking Temperature,

or select a desired

Menu Item preset; see

Section 5-01.5.1,

Selecting a Menu Preset

For the EOF-20 Fryer unit, the cooking temp

must be set manually.

2. Ensure that the Power Switch

This section describes procedures for cooking product on the EOF Series Fryers. Procedures presented assume

beginning with a clean empty Fryer.
