2. Installation
1.
Keep the appliance and surrounding area free and clear from combustible materials, 3" (7.6cm)
2.
Please note, a wiring diagrams for each Fryer unit is attached to the rear panel. Ensure that it matches the elec-
trical specifications stated on the rating label.

Please ensure this appliance is electrically grounded in accordance with local codes, or in the absence of local
codes, with the current National Electrical Code, ANSI/NFPA 70.
4.
Please provide adequate room for servicing and proper operation of this appliance. Also, provide
adequate ventilation in the operating area as required.
5.
Consult with a certified electrician, or other qualified technician, prior to installing this equipment.

Ensure the electrical circuits supplying power to the units meet the specifications shown on the rating label of
each Fryer unit..
7.
Make sure the unit is located on a level floor, in a stable position, and cannot be unintentionally moved.
Locking casters are installed along the front of the unit ... place the caster brakes in the locked position. Some
commercial codes may require that the unit be secured to an immovable structure (wall, etc.) by means of a
restraining cable to restrict movement.
8.
Appliance is to be installed, used and maintained in accordance with the current
Standard for Ventilation
Control, and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations, NFPA 96
.
Compliance with the above steps will help to ensure safe and proper installation of this equipment. If there are any

The following section summarizes the procedures necessary for proper installation of the unit. To avoid possible person-
al injury or equipment damage, please ensure these procedures are followed.
To ensure compliance with applicable building, health and fire codes, it is advisable that this appliance be installed
by a professional kitchen equipment contactor, or service company.
All costs for installation, including materials,
labor and fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
