receiving a Set Address command from USB host.

When a USB device receives a non-zero-length data packet during status OUT

stage, this field controls that either USBFS should receive this packet or reject this

packet with a STALL handshake.

NAKS and STALL bits in USBFS_DOEPxCTL register.
