DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
• Unscrew the 4 cover screws and remove the cover 19606, if it’s necessary use two levers
taking care not to scratch or damage the part.
• Remove the O-Ring 19615.
•
Manual extract the impeller 19607, taking care to not lost the impeller key.
• Remove the seeger 19610 and the mechanical seal ring 19609 taking care to not scratch or
damage the shaft.
• Remove the impeller key 19611.
• Manual extract the rotating part of the mechanical seal 19608, if it’s necessary use two
levers taking care not to scratch or damage the shaft.
• Unscrew the 4 screws 19614 that fix the body pump to adaptor flange 19602.
• Manual extract the body pump 19601.
• Unscrew the 4 screw that fix the adaptor flange to electric motor 19602 and remove the
flange from electric motor 19613 for replace.
In the pump version with adaptor shaft and shrink disk, before extract the shaft 19603, unscrew
and remove the shrink disk 19612 according the below instruction, then unscrew the 4-adaptor
flange screw 19602 and remove from electric motor before replace.
SHRINK DISK REPLACEMENT
1. thoroughly Degrease the mating surfaces of the shaft and hub. The contact between shaft and
hub must be dry.
2. Clean the inside and outside diameter of the hub.
3. Place the shrink disk on the hollow shaft.
4. Place the hollow shaft in the mounting position.
5. Carry out a series of cross-clamping pre-tightening (see example) with a torque wrench (8 Nm
pre-torque).
6. Carry out tightening pattern sequence (see example) with a torque wrench (torque 10Nm) until
the deviation between the planes (rings inside / outside) it appears to ≤ 0.3 mm

To re-assemble all the electric

act in reverse as we removed the pump, by substituting the
O-Ring. In any case, always refer to the exploded view of the pump.
Should it be necessary to replace the mechanical seal, clean the seat on pump body.
Before you install a new replacement wet the seal and the seat with water or ethyl alcohol.
DO NOT USE GREASE AND SOLVENTS
These substances can damage the RUBBER SEAL

dynamic disk. The clearance between the impeller and the records clearly affects the performance
