Extend DDR2 SO-DIMM is failure or system hangs up.
Memory Failure
One of the following components or signals on the motherboard
may be defective ,Use an oscilloscope to check the signals or
replace the parts one at a time and test after each replacement.

Signals:
1. Check the extend SO-DIMM module is
installed properly. (J710, J713)
2. Confirm the SO-DIMM socket (J710,
J713) is ok, no band pins.
If your system host bus clock running at
800 MHZ then make sure that SO-DIMM
module meet require of PC6400.
