NOT ATTEMPT TO NAVIGATE USING THE TERRAIN DEPICTION. 

ALWAYS ADHERE TO PUBLISHED NAVIGATIONAL INSTRUMENT 

PROCEDURES AND NAVIGATIONAL CHARTS IN ALL FLIGHT 

CONDITIONS. 

When terrain and obstruction rendering is deselected or disabled, the PFD 
background is a conventional blue over brown attitude display presentation 
without atmospheric perspective. Additionally, terrain may be deselected 
on the PFD and retained on the ND MAP page as seen in Figure 3-37.
