CHAPTER 6: USING THE METER

Device Profile Settings

Only the basic Device Profile settings are explained in this manual. Refer to the

Communicator Instruction Manual

for details of the meter’s Device Profile.

The Device Profile settings are described in the following sections. After programming the
Device Profile, click the options at the bottom of the screen to continue:

Update

to send the new Profile to the connected meter.

NOTE

Note

If the Update fails, the software asks if you want to try to Update again.

to exit the EPM 2200 Device Profile screen.

Load

to load new Device Profile settings from a file.

Save

to save the Device Profile settings in a file.

to view or print a summary of the Device Profile settings.
