Delete files
To delete files, do the following:
1. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the outgoing folder on drive D.
2. Delete all files and folders on the drive D outgoing folder. Do not delete the
outgoing folder itself.
3. Navigate to drives E and F and delete all files and directories.

Restart the DVSS server
After you complete the steps in Delete files on page 57, restart the DVSS server. To restart
the DVSS server, do the following:
1. Reopen the services control panel.
2. Double-click the DVSS server service.
3. Select Start.
4. The system will recreate new versions of the deleted files compliant with current
system settings.
Upon complete of these activities, log off the remote desktop session using the Alt+F4
procedure explained in Remote desktop connection on page 30.
