Selecting WI-FI network
It is important to make sure that the WI-FI network
the UNI control tablet and the bedside virtual monitor
is connected to are the same network. When turning
on these devices, it is a good idea to check what
WIFI network the device is connected to. If they
appear to be connected to different ones, please
change them so that they are on the same WI-FI
network. If the devices are NOT on the same WI-FI
network, they will not be able to communicate.
To check the WIFI network on your device:
1.
Once the device is turned on, click
the WI-FI signal located in the bottom
righ-hand corner of the desktop.
NOTE: Do this for both devices, the UNI control
tablet and the bedside virtual monitor.
2.
Check the WIFI network name and make
sure they are the same network on both
devices, the UNI control tablet, and bedside
virtual monitor. The device will be on the
WI-FI network that says 'Connected'.
NOTE: If they are both the same network
name for both devices, leave the WI-FI
network alone. Proceed to the next section.
