3.13.3 SEEDER EXCLUSION
Switch off the tractor and remove the key;
Lift the single seeder from the ground in the following way:
- Hook the spring the position 1 (Fig. 15),
- Lift the seeder until it hooks on,
- Hook the spring the position 2 (Fig. 15);
Disconnect the seeder drive shaft (Fig. 28) as follows:
- Push the coupling sleeve and keep it pressed(1 Fig. 28) in the
direction shown by the arrow, press forward and at the same
time rotate the ring nut (2 Fig. 28) until it is free of the iron pin;
- Pull the sleeve back at the end of its run (1 Fig. 28).
- To render the drive operative again, push the sleeve forward
and lock the ring nut again against the iron pin.
3.13.4 PLANTING UNIT TRANSMISSION
Each box has a safety pin (3 Fig. 29). When the rotation of the
seed disc comes under strain or stops due to the entering of
foreign bodies with the seeds (paper, string etc.), empty the seeds
from the container, check and clean the distributor, check the
disc pins and replace the safety pin.
IMPORTANT! Do not use metal pins.
CAUTION! Do not completely tighten the screws that hold the box
(4 Fig. 29); oscillation is expected.
