On-board Sample Pump
The DX4040 model is equipped with an on-board sample pump, which has a neoprene
diaphragm membrane. Pump power supply is +12 VDC, maximum pressure is 1.0 bar
and maximum flow is 2.0 l/min.
The sample gas of DX4040 should be at ambient temperature and no condensing.
4.3.5
On-board Fans
Three fans allow correct dissipation of DX4040 internal temperature. Two fans
assembled on specific positions of the enclosure establish airflow inside the analyser in
order to cool down parts and evacuate internal heat. The speed of those two fans is
controlled on a linear way depending of the DX4040 internal temperature. Such control
allows to reduce vibration, audible noise and decrease fans power consumption. An
internal small fan dissipates main electronics heat.
Two dedicated dust filters, accessible from the enclosure, prevent dust to enter inside
the analyser while maintaining a correct airflow. Those filters should be as clean as
