5.6 Assembly of the timing gear

5.6.1 .1 Preparation

Arrange the rotors in the position indicated in the figure below
Interpose between the rotors a metal sheet LL with thickness equal to maximum value of the clearance
rotor/rotor indicated in the table 7.4 at the sixth column and long about the 70% of the length of the rotors Lock
the rotors in this position by means of the wooden spacers SL with dimension higher than dimension L and
fixed by means the plates P fixed to the casing nozzles as indicated in figure 41
