1.2 Warranty
We expect that the unit will continue to perform safely and accurately for many years. This is guaranteed
however only if the instructions for operation, servicing and repair are complied with.
During the warranty period, any faults that occur will be rectified under the terms of our warranty
conditions. All consequences of unauthorised changes and modifications are chargeable to the operating
company. This applies in particular to any changes that affect the safety of the unit.
We offer warranty exclusively for original spare parts.
Nothing in this operating manual shall constitute an extension of our conditions of sale and delivery.
1.3 Service
The comprehensive product and service range of the Hoffmann Group is available in more than 30 Euro-
pean countries and in China – certainly we have a branch near to you.
Look at our overview at the end of the operating manual to find the Hoffmann partner who is near to you
to respond to your enquiries and give advice.
You will find the serial number on the rating plate on the side panel of the unit (see "Rating plate", Page 35).
