unnoticeable and can be accessed almost all the time. They are usually equipped
with batteries of larger capacity. In this case, the "Sleeping Device" check can be
removed, which will make the Refresh buttons visible in the Functionality section.
Configure Alarm Notifications – devices inherit these settings from the configured
alarm notifications in the Settings tab. If desired, this configuration can also be
changed at device level. It is the user that decides on what and how to be notified
for each separate device.
Remove Device – removing a logical device leads to the removal of the entire
physical device. For example, if you have a physical temperature and humidity
measuring device that contains two logical devices - one for temperature
measurement and another for humidity tracking, the removal of either of the two
logical devices will lead to the actual removal of both of them.
4.3
Functionalities
The Functionality section in Detailed Information contains a list of all device features. The
headline of the section shows the alarm indicators and the presence of the following
image
indicates communication problems.
Each Functionality has its own title bar, which displays:
1.
The Functionality name.
2.
The Refresh button - optionally presented, depending of the functionality and
device type.
3.
A button to Hide/Show All/Part of the Functionality - optional.
All basic Functionalities are listed below. For example Humidity, Illumination, Pressure,
Flow, Occupancy, etc. are analogous to Temperature and are not described. Certain
functionalities are quite complex and have different visualisation depending on the
