Chapter 8  Maintenance

Self-Diagnosis (User Maintenance)

General Test 1

Test the LCD, touch panel, key/LED, sound, and status. 

1

Select [General Test 1] on the "Maintenance" menu.

The "General Test 1" screen will be displayed.

Press the 

 (Start/Stop) key on the operation panel.

On the touch panel test screen, touch the cross-shaped marks and check that the marks change to circle.

The screen will switch each time the mark is touched. Check that there are no missing dots or uneven colors 
in each screen.

3

Press the operation panel key and check that the corresponding key displayed on the screen is highlighted.

To end the key test, touch [Next].

4

Touch the buzzer mark, and check that the corresponding sound is generated.
