This chapter contains the specifications of the optical disk drive, SCSI functions, and the optical disk
cartridge.

The model names MCE3064SS/MCF3064SS represent optical disk drives using 128MB,
230MB, 540MB, and 640MB media.

These drives were designed for single-ended SCSI operation. Table 2.1 lists the model and
