9.8 Maintenance Service
This section explains the details of the maintenance service.
If the cause of the failure is uncertain or if the original condition cannot be restored,
contact an office listed in the "Contact Information" of “Start Guide”.

Non-durable Components
Depending on the environment and the length of usage, non-durable components of the server may need
to be replaced during the maintenance support period.
Replacing non-durable components
Lifetime of Non-durable Components
The lifetime of such components is calculated based on appropriate usage environments.
Although the guaranteed range for operation is set between 10

C and 35
°
C, the lifetime is assumed at
a constant average temperature of 25
°
C. When operating in the environment of average 25
°
C or
higher, other components except non-durable components would reach its life span. Generally, when
temperature increases 10
°
C (an annual average temperature 35
°
C), the service life of non-durable
components is abbreviated into half.
