3.4Troubleshooting by Error code

DX100 Service Manual

A system failure such as CPU failure, defective cash or the like has
occurred.

Replace the Main Board with a new one.

The AC power has been shut off due to a power failure, unplugged,
Power Supply Board failure, or Main Board failure or the like.

Check if the Power cable is correctly connected.

new one.

debugging

This is an error for debugging in the design stage. However, it may
occur due to unexpected reasons such as external noises.

Turn the power off once and turn it back on to check if the printer
recovers from the error. (Ignore it if the error does not occur again).

1. Re-install the firmware.
2. Replace the Main Board with a new one.
