DX100 Service Manual

Decompression pump
motor overload error

The electric current flowing when driving the motor is irregularly
large.

• Decompression Pump Unit cable is damaged.
• Irregular load
• Decompression Pump Unit encoder failure
• Decompression Pump Unit failure

1. Check the connection between the Decompression Pump Unit

and Main Board (CN115, CN202).

Replace the Decompression Pump Unit with a
new one.

Detects that it is being driven at an irregularly faster speed than the
specified value just before stopping.

• Irregular load
• Encoder failure
• Motor driver failure
