5.4Carriage Related Adjustment 

DX100 Service Manual

P O I N T

Check how the Print Head touches the thickness gauge as follows.

When it doesn't contact
There is no resistance even after the CR Unit comes over the thickness 
gauge approx. 34 mm from the side of the CR Unit and to the end of 
gauge.
