2.9.2 Stand Assist Mechanism

The stand assist mechanism suppresses the returning
of the forceps stand due to a reaction force of the
endotherapy device.

<When the forceps stand lever is slid further toward

the direction U >

After the forceps stand lever is slid toward the direction
U to raise the forceps stand at the distal end, when the
forceps stand lever is slid further toward the direction
U , it clicks, indicating that the stand assist mechanism
is activated.

[Note] Do not release your finger from the forceps stand

lever even after the stand assist mechanism is
activated.
