Menu H : Linearization function
H-1 Programmable linearization function
The linearization function is used for level measurment
in open or closed tank.
This function can be used only if the tank shape can-
not have linear link between the level and the fluid (for
example : spherical tank or horizontal cylindric tank...)
The setting of linearization point and compensation
value
• Press the key on the screen
to display the
number of linearization point on the screen (
).
• Change the number of linearization point on the
screen
with the key.
0→3→4→…→13→14→0→3…
Press the key to cancel the setting.
• Press the key on the screen
to display the set-
ting of linearization point (
).
The setting will be canceled when the number of lin-
earization point is 0.
• Set the linearization point on the screen
with the
key and key.
• Press the key on the screen
to display whether
the setting is executed on the screen
.
• Press the key on the screen
to move to the next
linearization point. Setting that next of end point will
move to compensation value (CV).
• Press the key on the screen
to cancel the set-
ting, it will return to the setting of linearization point
(
). Then press the key to return to set the num-
ber of linearization.
• Set the compensation value on the screen
with
the key and key.
• Press the key on the screen
to display whether
the setting is executed on the screen
.
• Press the key on the screen
to move to the next
point of compensation value.The next of compensa-
tion value of end ponit is set that save the total lin-
earization points (LP1~LPn), totoal compensation
value (CV1~CVn) and move to the selected screen
of next item.
• Press the key on the screen
to cancel the set-
ting, it will return to the setting of compensation
value(
). Then press the key to return to set the
number of compensation point(
).
* The starting point and end point of compensation
value(CV) is set automatically.
