BASIC OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Special Functions
8. CYCLE ONLY DOWN function
Cycle ONLY DOWN. (Can be selected only if the double wrapping
function was selected previously.)
By pressing start
, the carriage reaches the pallet top height
plus the height set in the
Special Function 1 “Pallet top height”, i.e.
to the top of the film above the top of the pallet. The carriage now
stops.
By pressing start
, the turntable starts rotating and performs the
amount of rpms set in the top wrapping (0-9). If the number of high
rpms = 0, at turntable start the carriage starts descent until it
reaches the bottom limit switch of the column and stops.
The turntable senses the last turn and stops. Now the carriage
ascends to the hei
ght set in the “Lift height carriage” (Parameter 22,
settable from 0-
50 cm) in the “Menu 1 hidden parameters”.
End of cycle.
9. EXTRA PALLETFOOT WRAPS 1 function
Set this parameter to repeat the low wraps at the height set on the
display. This height can be adjusted from a minimum of 5 cm to a
maximum of 40 cm, 5 cm stroke, and corresponds to the bottom
limit’s height of the wrapping band’s film (only during carriage up).
10. EXTRA PALLETFOOT WRAPS 2 function
Set this parameter to repeat the low wraps at the height set on the
display, independently from the EXTRA PALLETFOOT WRAPS 1.
This height can be adjusted from a minimum of 15 cm to a
maximum of 200 cm, 5 cm stroke, and corresponds to the bottom
limit’s height of the wrapping band’s film (only during carriage up).
11. BANDEROL PROGRAM function
Set this parameter to repeat a certain number of wraps at multiple
heights of the height set on the display. The number of wraps can
be adjusted from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 9, 1 cm stroke,
whilst the distance between the two series of consecutive wraps can
be set from a minimum of 15 cm to a maximum of 100 cm, 5 cm
stroke, and corresponds to the bottom
limit’s height of the wrapping
band’s film (only during carriage up).
