HANDLING AND TRANSPORT
Lifting and handling the packaging in a wooden crate with forklift truck
Lifting and transport must be carried out with the aid of a forklift truck suitable for the weight of the
machine, of the accessories and of the packaging.
Always check in advance that there is enough space for the operations.
- Insert the forks of the forklift truck under the base (arrows).
- Ascertain stability then lift the load and transport it to the packaging removal area, avoiding jerks and
dangerous manoeuvres.
For transport and storage of the machine, the following measures must be taken:

It is necessary to ensure a storage environment suitable for the packaging, in the event of long-
term storage.
The reinforcement straps, if used to secure some components, must not be tightened on delicate
components such as the control panel, the ventilation grilles, etc.
Handling the machine without the packaging
In the event some of the machine’s components are shipped with the machine itself, handle them with
care taking all safety precautions.

Storage of the machine
The machine and any components stored with it are protected by a plastic cover that does not
guarantee long-term storage conditions.
The machine must never be stacked and does not support external loads.
