CAUTION!

After first installation
Follow this procedure before turning the machine on

-

Check that the emergency button is released;

-

Turn the machine on;

-

Press the reset button;

-

Wait 5 seconds and perform the first rotation in manual mode;

-

If the turntable rotates, follow the procedure below

After machine installation or maintenance, follow this procedure to check the efficiency of the safety
devices such as, for example:



Interconnection of the operator

’s anti-crushing protective guard



Interconnection of the anti-crushing horseshoe entrance safety sensor



Emergency button

Check the efficiency of the carriage’s anti-crushing movable protective guard:

- Start the machine
-

Trigger the operator’s protective guard

Check that the carriage reverses its direction for about 3 seconds and that the turntable starts
slowing down and stops within a few seconds.

Check the efficiency of the anti-crushing horseshoe entrance safety sensor:

- Start the machine
- Place a mechanical block at the horseshoe entrance (between the blue guards)

Check that the turntable stops within a few fractions of a second.

Check efficiency of the mushroom button (Emergency stop):

- Start the machine
- Press the mushroom emergency button

Check that the machine stops within a few fractions of a second.
