e la compatibilità delle sedi con i cuscinetti.
La nostra serie sterzo Anakin D-Set 1,5” IS,
monta un cuscinetto inferiore con misure
30,15x41x6,5mm 36°x45° ed un cuscinetto supe-
riore con misure 40x52x6,5mm 36°x45°.
ISTRUZIONI DI MONTAGGIO
Istruzioni di montaggio Serie Sterzo D-Set
1,5” Taper IS
1. Ingrassare la base del canotto della forcel-
la ed inserire il cono spezzato inferiore con
il diametro più stretto rivolto verso l'alto.
2. Posizionare la tenuta labbro 52x45x2,5mm
nel cono inferiore, con le scritte rivolte
verso l'alto
3. Dopo aver pulito ed ingrassato le calotte
del telaio, inserire il cuscinetto 40x52x6,5mm
36°x45° nella calotta inferiore ed il cus-
cinetto 30,15x41x6,5mm 36°x45° nella parte
superiore.
La svasatura del cuscinetto deve essere rivol-
ta verso l'interno del telaio.
4. Posizionare la forcella all'interno del
telaio ed inserire il cono spezzato superiore
nel canotto con la svasatura rivolta verso il
cuscinetto
5. Inserire il tappo superiore della serie
sterzo con la tenuta labbro 37x44,4x2,5mm già
installata.
La conicità della tenuta labbro debe essere
rivolta verso il cuscinetto.

Always check the integrity of the cups and com-
patibility of the bearing seats.
Our Anakin D-Set 1.5" IS headset features a
lower bearing measuring 30.15x41x6.5mm 36°x45°
and an upper bearing measuring 40x52x6.5mm
36°x45°.
D-SET 1.5" TAPER IS HEADSET ASSEMBLY INSTRUC-
TIONS
1. Grease the base of the fork tube and insert
the base plate “
A”
with the narrowest diameter
facing up.
2. Place the 52x45x2.5mm lip seal “B” into the
lower cone, with markings facing up.
3. After cleaning and greasing the frame cups,
insert the 40x52x6.5mm 36°x45° bearing “C”
into the lower cup and the 30.15x41x6.5mm 36°x-
45° bearing into the upper cup. “C”
The countersink of the bearing should face the
inside of the frame.
4. Place the fork inside the frame and insert
the upper compression ring “D” into the sleeve
with the countersink facing the bearing.
5. Insert the upper cap of the headset with the
lip seal 37x44,4x2,5mm already installed.
The conicity of the lip seal must face the
bearing.”E”

Istruzioni di montaggio FRM Expander-Plug
1. Ingrassare il filetto dell’espansore facendo
attenzione a non sporcare l'esterno dell’ex-
pander.
2. Dopo aver tagliato il tubo della forcella
alla lunghezza desiderata, posizonare l’ex-
pander al suo interno lassciando 2mm di spazio
fra la testa dell'expander e la testa del
canotto. Serrare con chiave a brugola da 6 mm.
3. Dopo aver inserito gli spessori desiderati
e l'attacco manubrio nel canotto, appoggiare
il tappo superiore, ingrassare la vite di
M5x25mm e fissarlo senza stringere.
Attenzione: Assicurarsi che le viti dell'at-
tacco manubrio siano lente)
4. Frenare la ruota anteriore e muovere la bici
alternativamente avanti e indietro. Si avver-
tirà un gioco dato dallo sterzo non corretta-
mente registrato. Avvitare leggermente la
vite e ripetere l’operazione sino a che il
gioco non scompaia e, nello stesso tempo, lo
sterzo ruoti liberamente.
5. A questo punto serrare le viti di bloccaggio
dell’attacco manubrio come da istruzioni del
costruttore.

er-plug
FRM EXPANDER-PLUG INSTALLATION
1. Grease the thread of the expander,”G” taking
care not to smear the outside of the expander.
2. After cutting the fork tube to the desired
length, place the expander inside, leaving 2mm
of space between the head of the expander and
the head of the steerer tube. Tighten with a
6mm Allen wrench.
3. After inserting the desired shims and stem
into the stem, place the top cap “H” on the
stem, grease the M5x25mm screw “I” and tighten
it loosely.
ATTENTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE STEM SCREWS ARE
LOOSE.
4. Apply the brake to the front wheel and move
the bike back and forth. You will feel a play
due to the steering not being properly adjust-
ed. Tighten the screw “I” slightly and repeat
the operation until the play disappears and, at
the same time, the steering turns freely.
5. Now tighten the stem locking screws accord-
ing to the manufacturer's instructions.
