Prima di iniziare
Controllare sempre la compatibilità tra i diametri
di accoppiamento della parte centrale del manubrio
e il punto di serraggio dell’attacco. Il manubrio
FRM Web Bar 329 possiede un diametro nella parte
centrale di 31,8mm.
Controllare che i bordi dell’attacco manubrio nel
punto di contatto con il manubrio FRM Web Bar 329
Dyneema® e Zylon® siano ben smussati.
Istruzioni di montaggio
1. Rimuovere le viti del frontalino dell’attacco
manubrio e inserire il manubrio FRM Web Bar 329.
2. Allineare e centrare il manubrio aiutandosi con
la linea di posizionamento del manubrio e degli
attacchi manubrio.
3. Procedere con il serraggio dell’attacco manubrio
nella zona centrale. Utilizzare sempre una chiave
dinamometrica e non superare mai una coppia di ser-
raggio di 5Nm.
4. Montare i comandi freno, cambio e remoti sul
manubrio FRM Web Bar 329, andando a posizionarli
nella zona di fissaggio leve. La zona designata si
contraddistingue da una sottile carteggiatura che
previene la rotazione delle leve cambio e freni.
5. Procedere con il serraggio dei collarini utiliz-
zando una chiave dinamometrica. Non superare mai
una coppia di serraggio di 5Nm.
ATTENZIONE: questo prodotto non è idoneo per uso
Freeride, Downhill, Ramp Riding, Stunt, Dirt Jump o
attività similari.
ATTENZIONE: questo prodotto è esclusivamente indi-
cato per bici di categoria cross country, non adatto
all’utilizzo a biciclette a pedalata assistita
(e-bike).
ATTENZIONE: non utilizzare appendici od estensioni.
ATTENZIONE: i materiali compositi offrono le loro
migliori caratteristiche meccaniche solo nel caso
in cui venga mantenuta l’integrità delle fibre. Fate
particolare attenzione e ispezionate periodicamente
il componente per verificare l’eventuale presenza di
segni di graffi, crepe, fratture, rigonfiamenti e
scheggiature. In caso di caduta o forte impatto
contro un ostacolo, non utilizzare il componente in
carbonio se si presenta una qualsiasi di queste evi-
denze, fino al momento in cui il componente non sia
stato ispezionato e verificato da FRM.
Before to start
Always check properly the compatibility between
the diameter between the central part of the han-
dlebar and the stem fixing point. The FRM Web Bar
329 Dyneema® and Zylon® version has a central
part that measures 31,8mm.
Always check properly that the stem’s borders in
the contact point with the handlebar are well
cleaned and blunt.
Assembly instructions
1. Remove the stem bolts and insert the FRM Web
Bar 329 handlebar in the specific fixing spot.
2. Align the handlebar with the stem with the
help of the positioning line in the center of the
handlebar and stems.
3. Proceed with the tightening of the screws of
the stem always using a torque wrench. Never
apply a torque that exceeds 5Nm.
4. Assemble the brakes, gear and various remotes
on the handlebar positioning them in the fixing
zone. The brake and gear fixing zone is a special
treatment zone, easy to see, that prevents the
rotation of the levers.
5. Proceed with the tightening of the collar
screws using a torque wrench. Never apply a
torque that exceeds 5Nm.
ATTENTION: this product is not made for Freeride,
Downhill, Ramp Riding, Stunt, Durt Jump or simi-
lar activities.
ATTENTION: this product is designed and produced
for Cross Country bicycles and it’s not made for
E-Bikes.
ATTENTION: do not use any kind of extensions or
appendices.
ATTENTION: composite materials offer the best
mechanical characteristics only in the case in
which fibers integrity is preserved. Therefore,
you must pay attention and periodically check the
carbon component in order to verify the possible
existence of scratches, creeps, bulge or chip-
ping. In the event of a fall or an hard impact
against an obstacle, do not use the carbon compo-
nents if it presents any of the previous evidence,
until FRM is able to check and verify its whole
integrity.
