2.6A Drum Rotor/Motor Block Replacement
Continued [Kit No. 18001678]
23) If Fry Hopper is empty, place screwdriver or knife blade
in front of load sensor to trick the dispenser.
24) Position an empty fry basket in the fill chute.
25) If lane dispenses fries [if present] or if rotors turn
smoothly in an attempt to dispense fries, the motor, rotor
block and shaft are working properly.
26) Close rear service access panel and return F3Dn
Dispenser to normal operating location

Remove old rotor block and
shaft and discard.
[Photo 6 – From Rear of Unit]
Insert new rotor/motor shaft in
contoured rotor block.
[Photo 7 – From Rear of Unit]
Insert new contoured block &
shaft into mounting position.
[Photo 8 – From Unit Front]
Mount new block using four new
bolts provided. Press shaft seal
over shaft and tight against the
rear of freezer compartment.
