The reading head is positioned correctly when
the adjustment line (the first printed optical
mark) can be seen in the reading head’s
notch.
If
programs without optical marks reading
are to be run, the lower display will show the
message READY!!! after the program has
been selected.
• Press the
button to start the job.
The first sheet to be inserted will be cut and
transported to the conveyor. The signal button
on the Black Box turns off.
• Check to make sure the first document set
on the conveyor is complete and correct.
Additional stations (feeder / folding feeder)
may be present on the conveyor. These can
add supplementary sheets to each set.
How you use any supplement station depends
on how the system is configured and the job
being processed.
• Use the black button on the hand-held
conveyor control to move the set into
position for receiving the supplement.
If
adding supplements from more than
one station
move the first set to the first
active supplement feeder station.
Subsequent (following) sets will automatically
be fed from the automatic cutter.
