Operator Manual KS 4000 OL / OLC

If a crash or paper jam occurs when
processing jobs that use OMR (optical marks
recognition) or a preset-counter, we
recommend that all the material for the
addressee involved in the crash be removed
by hand and completed manually. Resume
operation only after the complete document
set has been removed and the next
addressee is ready to start. This will help you
avoid incorrectly or incompletely filled
envelopes.

The following sections provide instructions
and tips on avoiding and remedying faults.
These are organized according to the various
processing modules.

If you are unable to solve a problem, please
consult your service technician.
