6.3.2 FAN CENTERINK53C / K53R / K53S
At the end of the machine installation procedure, check the centering
of the fan inside the conveyor.
If it is not centered, carry out the following:
• To move right/left, loosen the motor support pins (1) and move
the fan horizontally (2); then secure the pins once more;
• To move up/down, loosen the motor plate screws(1), adjust
the eccentrics until the motor reach desired position (2); then
tighten the screws at 40 N∙m torque, making sure that motor
plate is in vertical position.
NOTE
The vertical mount to which the fan must be secured in high
positions must be strong, stable and suitable for supporting the
loads and vibrations produced by the machine. The choice of mount
is left to the installer and only the latter can assess its feasibility.
Installing the fan on mobile mounts, such as doors or shutters which
are not robust enough for the purpose is prohibited.
Under no circumstances will the company be held liable for damage
to property and/or injury to persons caused by the installation of one
or more fans on unsuitable mounts.
CAUTION
Ensure that the water drain holes on the bottom panel are not
obstructed and do not prevent proper drainage.
6.3.1 FAN CENTERING K53C / K53S / K53R
At the end of the machine installation procedure, before installing
the cone diffuser if present, check the centering of the fan inside the
conveyor.
If it is not centered, carry out the following:
• To move right/left, loosen the motor support pins (1) and
move the fan horizontally (2); then secure the pins once more;
• To move up/down, loosen the motor plate screws (1), adjust
the eccentrics until the motor reach desired position (2); then
tighten the screws at 40 N∙m torque, making sure that motor
plate is in vertical position.
