During system
start-up a flow
sensor was
detected, but
the signal from
the flow sensor
has since
disappeared.
The airflow
monitoring will not
function correctly
any longer.
Switch off the system and check the flow sensor,
its’ cable and the connection. Turn on the system
again and verify if it is detected again. If the flow
sensor is connected but not detected, or if the
SENSOR FAULT reappears, contact the supplier

High voltage is
switched
off briefly, will restart
after the waiting
time.
Due to changing weather conditions (humidity)
or pollution, the current in the unit can sometimes
become too high. The unit will then temporarily
interrupt the high voltage, and after the waiting
time try again if conditions have improved. This
repeats itself a maximum of 4 times, after which
an Ionizer current too high message will occur.
No action required.

The current
supplied by the
high voltage
has for a short
time been much
too high or
several times a
bit too high.
The high voltage is
switched off. The fan
and brush function
will continue to
function. The unit
still cleans the air,
but with a lower
efficiency.
Turn off the unit. Restart the unit after 10 seconds.
If the error persists, contact the supplier.

The brush, fan and
high voltage are
switched off.
1. Turn off the unit.
2. Check the compressed air supply. A minimum
of
3. approximately 6 bar is required with the
unit. Also empty the water reservoir of the
regulator (see chapter 5.3). If necessary,
increase the compressed air pressure on the
pressure regulator, but NOT HIGHER than
7.5 BAR!
4. Try to determine that there are no obstacles
that prevent the brush from moving in the
tube.
5. Restart the unit. The unit will attempt to
raise the brush. If this succeeds, the unit
will automatically start cleaning again and
switch on the fan and the high voltage.
Then start the brush manually (with the brush
button) to verify that it works again (back
and forth). If the brush times out again,
contact the supplier.

The automatic
fan protection
was tripped.
The fan and high
voltage are
switched off. The
brush cannot
be started.
Switch the unit off. Check that the fan is not
blocked. Switch the unit on again. If the fan error
persists, contact the supplier.
6. Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting
If an error message occurs, the error button (figure 3.2 [B]) will light up red and the display will
turn red. If the filter is experiencing a problem, you can determine the cause of the problem
using table 5.2 and, if necessary, solve the problem. If your problem is not in the list, please
contact your supplier.
