1. The higher frequency range applies at 80 MHz and 800 MHz.
2. Field strengths from fixed transmitters, such as base stations for radio
(cellular/cordless) telephones and land mobile radios, amateur radio,
AM and FM radio broadcast and TV broadcast, cannot be predicted
theoretically with accuracy. An investigation of the location is
recommended to determine the electromagnetic environment
resulting from stationary HF transmitters. If the measured field
strength in the location in which the UNIT is used exceeds the
applicable RF compliance level above, the UNIT should be observed
to verify normal operation. If unusual performance characteristics are
observed, it may be necessary to take additional measures such as
reorientation or repositioning of the UNIT.
3. Over the frequency range 150kHz to 80MHz, field strengths should
be less than 3V/m.
