4. Oil-Exchange
- Remove 3 locking screws; open cover of
expansion tank.
- Let oil drain off completely;
let it drip sufficient.
Take care that expansion tank also empties.
- Locking screws are magnetic, to catch
abrasion; clean screws.
- Exchange seals at locking screws.
- Screw in 1 locking screw.
Attention! Take care that surface of seals is
clean.
- Fill oil through top opening.
If oil level reaches side locking screws
(venting) close it.
- Now fill gear completely.
Turn primary shaft approx. 20 times, to
remove possible air inclusions.
- Screw in last locking screw
- Fill oil into the expansion tank until oil
level is between the two marks at the
dipstick.
- Close expansion tank.

Oil changing interval
- First change
with new gear after 500 operating hours.
(Through the inlet process abrasion is
produced which settles in the oil and at the
magnetic locking screws and which has to be
removed.
- regular: see page 3.1
- extraordinary: after damage
