yearly Drive Check elastic elements for deformation
Drive Check rubber pads for damages and replace if necessary
Drive
Replace V-belts, or after 6000 working hours. Check V-
belt-pulleys for wear, arrange replacement if necessary
Drive motors Lubricate drive motors
Gear box Change oil
Control cabinet
Check control cabinet (inside and outside) as well as
components for mechanical damage, tightness,
corrosion, check control voltage and grounding and
refurbish if necessary
Entire unit check the safety functions

Check the entire installation for stability and vibrations,
refurbish if necessary
Frequency inverter
Check max. possible bowl and differential speed, read
out error messages and refurbish if necessary
Bearing temperature
monitoring
Check and refurbish if necessary
Rotor, scroll, housing
After dismantling, check for wear, arrange repair or
replacement if necessary
(if no abrasion: extend time limit up to 2 years)
Rotor small inspection
Rotor bed
Check hollow rubber dampers for fatigue and replace if
necessary
Gear box
Replace mechanical seals and bearings for gear box
input shaft, or after 6000 working hours
Frequency inverter
Check scroll moment control, set points, parameters,
read out error messages, functional test and refurbish if
necessary
