CAUTION
Check belt tension regularly!
Insufficient tensioned belts could
slip and cause fire!
1. Take off belt guard.
2. Loosen nuts (1); loosen lock nut (2); tension
belts with nut (3); tighten lock nut (2).
Check belt tension (at a testing force of 75 N
indentation depth acc. to sketch, centric
between the two axles).
For exchanging the belts first release tension of
belts / exchange / tension.
3. Turn rotor some rotations at the gear and check
belt tension again.
DANGER
Never touch into belts!
Fingers or hands might be bruised
or cut off!
4. Tighten nuts (1).
5. Mount belt guard.
Note: Use belts only in sets. (Length!).
With new belts check belt tension / tension belts
after ca. 3 operating hours.
