Item 3
– trap box
Foreign bodies that are transported from the slurry tank
into the spreader system are conveyed into the trap box
by the direction of rotation of the screw conveyors,
thereby preventing blockages of the system. The trap
box must be emptied according to the slurry type and
amount of foreign bodies that are trapped (at least every
200 cubic metres).

Item 4
– discharge hoses
The discharge hoses transport the substrate from the
screw conveyor box to the ground. These are light,
highly flexible PVC hoses with an impact-resistant spiral
made from hard PVC and a smooth inner face.

– hose holder
The discharge hoses are attached to the hose holder.
This component ensures correct spacing of the
discharge hoses.

– lift cylinder
The lift cylinders set the drag hose spreader to the
required height.
