Enabling the Pass Code Feature
The TS 80FCB system can be set with a pass
code to protect access and changes to the
other Touchscreen settings. When enabled,
the operator will be required to enter the pass
code in order to make changes to the touch
screen settings. In certain settings, such as a
self-service operation, this protects the
Touchscreen from unauthorized changes. The
pass code when enabled is 3141.
1. From the main menu screen, press the
SETUP key in the upper left corner. Enter
the pass code if required (3141).
2. Press the SYSTEM SETUP key.
3. Press the PASSCODE ENABLE key.
4. Check the PASSCODE ENABLE box to
protect the Touchscreen settings with a
pass code.
NOTE:
TO REMOVE THE PASS CODE
REQUIREMENT, PRESS THE PASS CODE
ENABLE BOX UNCHECK IT.
5. Press DONE to return to the main screen.
6. Whenever the Pass Code screen appears,
the operator must enter the passcode 3141
in order to proceed to the next screen.
