23. Once the Water / Syrup Flush process has
completed the full 15 minute flush, press the
BACK key to return to the Water / Syrup
Flush menu screen.
24. Disconnect the Pump Flush nozzle from the
Syrup Bag Connector.
25. Repeat Steps 8 - 15 and Steps 19-24 until
all of the Connectors, locks, and bag
fitments have been sanitized and the syrup
have been flushed.
26. Return the Pump Flush Adapter to its place
under the tray.
27. Press DONE to return to the main screen.
CIP - Phase 3: Reassembly
28. Slide a syrup bag lock over each syrup bag
fitment .
29. Reconnect each syrup line and bag of
syrup.
30. Remove the Syrup Line Manifold, Manifold
cap, the Duckbill Check Valve, and Coupler
Body to dry on a sanitary tray.
31. Install the Duckbill Check Valve into the
Syrup Line Manifold and the Syrup Line
Manifold into the Coupler Body.
