Installing the Door Spout Assembly
Every FB 80FCB system ships with a modified
door spout assembly which replaces the
existing door spout of the barrel where the
Flavor Burst system will be attached. The
modified door spout includes a port where the
9-Tube Assembly is inserted, delivering flavor
to the product before it is dispensed.
1. Ensure that the freezer is on stand-by, the
hopper is empty , and the CO2 tank valve is
closed.
2. Determine on which door spout the Flavor
Burst system will be installed. Remove the
freezer door with the spout assembly.
3. Remove and disassemble the draw spout.
Set aside the handle, screws, cap, spring
and valve for use with the modified
assembly.
4. Install the modified door spout.

Drill a ¼” hole through the pull handle. The
center of the hole should be ¼” above the
handle arch and centered.
6. Install the valve, spring and handle
assembly onto the modified spout.
EQUIPMENT SETUP
