Touchscreen and Mounting Bracket
Assembly
DO NOT USE EXCESS WATER IN
CLEANING THE TOUCHSCREEN AND
MOUNTING BRACKET.
1. Turn off the unit at the back of the cabinet.
2. Using a single service towel only slightly
dampened with warm detergent water,
carefully wipe the exposed surfaces of the
Touchscreen and mounting bracket. Be
careful not to use excess water and stay
clear of electrical connections.
3. Similarly,
slightly dampen a single service
towel with clean water and wipe down the
exposed surfaces of the Touchscreen and
bracket, staying clear of any electrical
connections.
4. Thoroughly dry the Touchscreen and
bracket with a dry single service towel.
5. Power up the unit at the back of the cabinet.
Winterizing the Unit
If you will not be using your Flavor Burst
®
system during the off-season or other extended
periods of time, you should winterize the
FB 80FCB system as a precautionary practice
to avoid damage or undesirable syrup build-up
in the unit.
NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE
ANTIFREEZE SOLUTION IN THIS SYSTEM
WHEN WINTERIZING THE UNIT.
1. Perform the Clean-In-Place procedure as
instructed, except
…
a. DO NOT perform Steps 28-29 (do not
install the syrup bag locks or reconnect
the Syrup Bag Connectors to the syrup
bags).
b. DO NOT perform Step 36 (do not prime
the syrup lines).
2. Place the 9-Tube Assembly line inside a
container.
3. Remove each syrup bag from its tray and
store as directed on the label.
