Door Inner Assembly:
Remove Glass Panes:
(a)
Separate door assemblies and put outer assembly to the side. (Refer Above).

On the door inner assembly remove four screws for top retaining bracket. (Fig. A
Part 1)
(c)
Loosen five screws on insulation retainer panel. (Fig. A Part 7)
(d)
Slide out heat reflective glass pane (GEM96-II). (Fig. A Part 5)
(e)
Remove door inner glass pane with gasket (GEM90-TMP) (Fig. A Parts 3&4)
Note:
If transferring the gasket to a replacement glass pane then ensure gasket
join is located at top of door.
Note:
This glass pane has a reflective coating on only one side. Ensure that the
coating is facing the oven cavity when re-assembled.
Note:
To test if a glass pane has a heat reflecting coating use an ohmmeter to test
for continuity on the glass surface. If there is continuity then the glass is coated.
Re-assembly
(a)
Re-assemble in reverse manner.
Note:
Clean glass before re-assembly.
